Originally there was a checkbox to select the e-mails but I think we agreed on reducing the options to just marking the e-mail (with a slide colour). Maybe if the colour was more obvious, the problem would be solved.

Realised the same problem but I think it is more of a general theme: the folder administration is not intuitive. "Right click" should provide most of the options that are available via "actions"-> "administration":

Normally centred arrangements are harder and therefore slower to comprehend. I think the clarity is due to the two missing buttons "Startseite" and "aktualisieren" in the iOs version.
In my opinion a logical order would be:

Ok, das Problem ist wohl wo anders: Es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen Suche und Filter (Suche durchsucht alle Ordner im Programm, Filter nur den ausgewählten), daher die Option, die Suche zu schließen. Das konzeptuelle Modell hierfür ist nicht ganz klar, ich werde dafür einen eigenen Task erstellen.

Ich halte es für sinnvoll, den nicht ausgewählten Reiter blau zu machen, um zu kennzeichnen, dass man ihn anklicken kann.

Welchen Mehrwert hat es an dieser Stelle, dass man mit dem "x" die Zeile Suchen ausblenden kann, wenn das Ausblenden nicht zu "mehr Platz" führt, sondern nur zu einer leeren Zeile.

Ist das Hinzufügen zu einer Gruppe per drag&drop üblich in anderen Programmen? Muss gestehen bis jetzt bin ich ohne Gruppen ausgekommen...
