Problems
Only one of my test subjects managed to select different E-Mails simultaneously in order to delete them at once. The function ''select'' is not clear enough!
Possible Solution
The field on the left of the E-Mail title should allow to select the E-Mail instead of marking them as ''read'' or ''unread''. The selection function is used more often and should therefore be prioritised.
I agree, for my users it was also not clear that they had to first click on the select function in order to see what they select.
Witch e-mails are selected is also shown by the slight blue colour. So maybe this problem and the problem of T3424 could be solved in a similar way?
Maybe it would be enough to just enhance the tone of blue color as a sign of selection (stolen form Apple Mail).
Originally there was a checkbox to select the e-mails but I think we agreed on reducing the options to just marking the e-mail (with a slide colour). Maybe if the colour was more obvious, the problem would be solved.
