I think it is important that when you receive the recipient feedback, you can see who received the mail and who didn't – which should be the case with the current function, right? But maybe some people thought you couldn't see that or just were not sure. So if you once get the "real" recipient feedback, showing who really received the mail, the problem might be solved. So more a problem of the use test situation/simulation, than of the real use.
...do you understand what I mean?

they are different kinds of menus, but they could be designed in the same way, meaning same font, same background color.

Same for me.
looks like a good solution for more than one problem to me, too.
Perfect
I would say so. Just more contrast for the existing lines.
see also T3430 for the exact point of separation between the mails
Maybe also related to T3601?
Maybe it would be enough to just enhance the tone of blue color as a sign of selection (stolen form Apple Mail).
Yes, I can imagine that you would need feedback from only the main recipient, for example.
do you see this problem for this menu? Because here there is text next to the symbol
Had the same problem.
maybe merge with or continue discussion in T3610?
Carlos mentioned the same in T3610 suggesting to place the "options-sorting" function next to the filter on top. The question is here if placing it next to filter is a good solution, because then you have to very similar functions next to each other. But I basically had the same idea. Do you need one function more then the other, e.g. "sort" more then "filter"?

My users didn't have a problem with this, but good idea!
I agree, for my users it was also not clear that they had to first click on the select function in order to see what they select.
also a good point, maybe even more important.

did participants ask after or before the mail was sent? Right after clicking on the slider or after sending?
when would we need feedback?
another relevant example
I thought the filter was a good symbol, but some users had trouble finding this function.

had the same question.
