This happens beacausse you do not hhave any Calender selected before. So editing a Calender can not work on a specific Calender, for this reason it opens a new add window.
I agree with @isabel.pacheco
I am not sure about this. Thisway you could create an event that does not have any start time. My usual Calender always puts 10 o'clock and that too is annoying most of the time. You will have to change it anyway, so why do not change from all day to a specific time?
The only thing I would get would be a separate window opening asking to enter the time!
I have never had that problem.

Can wee close this then? @isabel.pacheco
agree with @ben99
It should not appear behind each other, it is just to make it eassier to type it in.

I would not change it. I think we all said in the beginning it is quite useful to see two month at a time. Also how would it behave if you are in week view / day view?
Agree
I agree with @isabel.pacheco, I don't like that devided! It would be harder to see at one glance what time events start and end if they are at the breaking point. I think we already had a ticket for resizing by zooming in and out?
I agree with @isabel.pacheco
Mine turns black when I turn the Calender back on, but as soon as I click somewhere else it goes back to being yellow.
I can not reproduce this either. An dif i see it correctly in the video for some reason when you mouse is on 8 pm the time window actually being clicked is 7:30 pm (it is turning slightly blue), I am not sure if thes is a prblem with kolab or if it is a problem with the mouse..
The weird thing is it is different even when you see all the times:

That could be an option. Would it also be possible to have the possibility there to make it changeable?

I just tested a person who got really ennoyed with this and instead of using the buttons or drag and drop went back to summary to change the time and date here. I think it is not intuitiv to have the times there looking like you can change them and then not being able to do so. If peaople are not supposed to change them there, we should maybe think about changing the design? (Because they look like I shoulb be able to change them)

No it is for the others to see who is absent?!
Uploaded a picture, is it clearer now? Or do you guys understand what this means?
Nov 8 2018
But the others might need to see if he is absent?
No, change it first!
Nov 7 2018
So we change the ticket?
I would say so, I just can't figure out how ...
There isn't any
Nov 6 2018
I would say so!
I would expect unknown to be peple who have not choosen anything yet, so it makes sence that you can not choose this..
It searches for a calender and it works. Maybe instead of writting "Search..." in the field we could change them to "Search for Calender..." and "Search for event..." ? That would maybe lift the confusion.
Yes I think it is, butt I would like a way to explain what itt does and I am not sure if you need 9 options, maybe less would be enough.
@EsIsl can you try again? And maybe delete the task, if you can't reproduce?
