adding event by selecting time window does not work i wanted time window is not completly visible
Open, LowPublic

When adding an event by choosing the time window the calender does not scroll up or down.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set Calender to two rows per hour
  2. Scroll to only see the the evening hours
  3. Start selecting an event time starting eg at 8pm
  4. try ending the event at 2am

Actual result: If 2am was not visible before, it is not possible to set this as ending time by choosing the time window.

Expected result: When moving to the next day and upwards, the visible time frame scrolls up automatically. (Same for scrolling down)

Could reproduce on Google Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98.

It works with my laptop. My browser is Firefox Quantum 64.0.2 with a MacBook (MacOS High Sierra)

On my laptop (acer, windows 1803) with firefox version 64.0.2 it did also not work to create an event from 8pm to 2 am.
