"Hinzufügen" button for participants confusing

Description

THe "Hinzufügen" button to add participants to an event confused people, because they weren't sure whether to press first or enter the e-mail first.

Maybe this could be a plus button just like for e-mails in the e-mail part or the reminder for events.

I think, if the suggestion in T4929 (example@example.at in light grey visible) ist implemented, this becomes much clearer. One intuitively would type in the mail address and click on "add participant" afterwards.
