steps to reproduce
1 create event
2 select tab "participants"
3 it is unclear which information is to enter (Name, or e-mail address?)

expected result:
something like "example@example.at" is printed in light grey, so that it is clear you have to enter the e-mail address.

good idea

It indeed accepts email only, but there's autocompletion implemented and it works with names too. So, I guess the placeholder should be "Participant name or email" (the same for Resources form, I guess). Still, I'm not sure I like it.
