When wanting to change the time I have to type it in completly or scroll. I would expect the displayed options to change to the time that I started to type.

Steps:

1. Create new event.
2. Click in time field.
3. Type "15".

Acutal result:
The suggestions start at a random number.

Expected result:
The suggestions start with 15:00, 15:15, ...
