in hallway testing some found this to be really annoying. Say, you want to select 10:00 here (see video) and it auto scrolls to 0:00 just because of curser placement.

okay, so I think vox populi is pretty clear :) Shall I delete this ticket?

I agree. Separation by semicolon should also work in "add participants".
I think, if the suggestion in T4929 (example@example.at in light grey visible) ist implemented, this becomes much clearer. One intuitively would type in the mail address and click on "add participant" afterwards.
I suggest reducing this feature as follows: only select the value and unit (eg minutes, hours, ...); For example: "1" and "hour" for reminder 1 hour before the event is happening. In expert mode maybe include the possibility to create reminders after the event has happened etc.
I don't think the bigger calendar view should change immediately. It actually does change if you click on any day in the little calendar and I'm happy with that.
I agree with this ticket. I would definitely like to have a "show in calendar" button in the popup.

If you mean the suggested duration of an event: this is dependent on the selected number of "time slots per hour". However, I'm not sure if I understand your ticket correctly, please attach screenshot.
I can reproduce this using Safari Version 12.0.2 (14606.3.4); although, I get to the "contacts" site (instead of inbox).
I think a "warning popup" would be a good idea.

When resizing the window, the dividing line should adjust its position so that the day view is exactly split in half.
When scrolling down, one will see later hours of "a.m." and "p.m." times, respectively.
