steps to reproduce:
Create an event on any day
select time of start or end
scroll all the way down in dropdown menu
place cursor at the top of the dropdown menu (at around 16:00)
Expected result: selected time stays the same
Actual result: auto-scroll to 00:00
I'm unable to reproduce the issue. What browser did you use? The only issue I see is the fact that the list is "truncated" because of being displayed inside of the dialog not on top of it.
issue occurs in Safari 11.1.2 on macOS 10.13.6.
however, issue does not occur in Firefox 62.0.3 on same OS
No issue in Chrome either. I don't have a Mac. I also don't full understand this: "place cursor at the top of the dropdown menu (at around 16:00), expected result: selected time stays the same". When you click a time on selection list the list should hide and the selected time should be inserted into the input. So I don't know what do you mean.
in hallway testing some found this to be really annoying. Say, you want to select 10:00 here (see video) and it auto scrolls to 0:00 just because of curser placement.
