Temporary workaround:
- Mark repository as [trusted=yes]
- Follow https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=872543#10
- Hope you don't get MitM'd
Temporary workaround:
This bug has been fixed for a long time - see https://obs.kolabsys.com/package/rdiff/Kolab:16/pykolab?linkrev=base&rev=18.
Bumping cyrus-imapd didn't solve the problem, unfortunately - it got built with Perl 5.22 again.
Assigning to Jeroen. (Are there any others who also take care of the OBS?)
Done.
Looks like some manual interaction is necessary:

I came across this issue yesterday and the above patch appears to fix the problem for me. Please merge it into the iRony repository.
I didn't know this warning is fixed in newer versions of PEAR - the warning message suggested the opposite. :-)
I'm on Debian 8, which ships an older version of PEAR (see https://packages.debian.org/jessie/php-pear).
This should be documented here, shouldn't it?

This problem seems to be fixed; I can no longer reproduce it.
To support Trusty, we'll need a custom init script. For the other distros, we can use the existing systemd .service file.
