Done. Now, if Manticore doesn't find any existing templates on startup (like a first-run) , it will create a blank template with a nice clean set of styles and fonts.

I've fixed this by bundling a few fonts. Later this ought to be provided more gracefully via an admin dashboard that lets people configure available fonts, but that's for another future story.

This task includes supplying a "create new document..." link/button/dialogue.
