Description

A large number of folders prohibits John from efficiently selecting a folder to save a file to or obtain a file from.

  • Large numbers of folders usually come in a hierarchy.
  • Large numbers of any sort of item also make browsing inefficient, and is usually resolved with providing a searching interface.
  • Large numbers of users sharing with many other users tends to cause a particular user to not be subscribed to all folders the particular user is authorized to.
