Customers currently pay for a constraint in quantity of storage used, without them ever reaching that amount of storage, or surprisingly exceed that limitation (the surprise always comes too late).

A different model, especially useful for large files (and sharing those) which may only live on the Hosted Kolab deployment temporarily, would be to calculate the actual storage used and account for that (in an invoice).
