Wouldn't the simple solution to be allow folders to be created as subfolders of INBOX @machniak

I can confirm, this is the only place I've seen emails replying below the quote - except for Kube.

This bug is exceptionally annoying - deleted items should be put in trash, otherwise the notion that the email is indeed 'disappearing' is assumed by user.
