I think all tests that pass for me on master pass here, but not all tests pass for me. I'll investigate this further, but feel free to point out failing tests.

I couldn't find any references to any rounding going on. Given that the values are all in pixels (right?) I would be interested to what these values are rounded to (for my understanding, you can ship it if it works).

Exchange rates are cached for 24h so we can live on the free OpenExchangeRates plan (1000 per month)

This now just converts directly using the exchange rate from openexchangerates.org, without applying any safety margin.
