The payment canceling code could be removed since we're not currently offering that functionality in the UI.

• Support for payments in foreign currencies (WIP):
  • We are not retrieving an exchange rate yet.
  • Initially we provide an exchange-rate to the UI to display what can be expected.
  • When initiating the payment we do the final conversion, and then store both the CHF and the payment currency amount and currency.
  • When the payment goes through we add the CHF amount as stored in the payment.
  • Caveat: On chargebacks and refunds we have to convert again, since they can be partial.
• Removed the cancel button from the UI

See comment why I'm not entirely clear why we don't require the roomStateLabel but nevertheless require a special case for 422, but looks good enough.
