Events gone after searching

Description

When you search for an event and delete the search field afterwards your events are not shown again.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Search for an event.
  2. Delete your search

Actual results:
You can't see any events in your calendar.

Expected results:
Search results should apply "instant" without the need to press Enter

Aside of "applying search w/o need to press Enter" I don't understand the issue.

That is the issue.
Our test subjects did not understand that they needed to press enter so it looked like a bug to them.

Ah, so by "delete your search" you mean cleanup the input field with keyboard. I get it now. Then this is almost a duplicate of T4872, but I'll not close it to make sure it's taken into account.
