Configure trash, sent and drafts folder of an identity to kolab resource

Description

in emailidentities the drafts, sent and trash folder are settings with the akonadi collection id. This makes it problematic if you want to preconfigure the folders to a kolab resource automatically.

The current approch don't allow to preset the folders nor is there a way to later update the folders.

(Especially when using kiosk this is an issue)
