Windows: Failed to change ownertrust of pgpg certificate

Description

After importing a pgp certificate you have to trust it to use it. This is done using "change ownertrust". Trying to change it results in an error message:
"An error occurred while trying to change the owner trust for ..."
"System error w/o errno"
