Description

At the moment Copenhagen functional tests run on "mocked" backend, which makes that the real Kolab backend code is not tested at all. We need to add possibility to run tests on real IMAP server using the Kolab backend class.

Next step will be to fix bugs/implement missing features of the backend code.
