How to reproduce:
Compose email, add picture inline

Actual results:
When clicking on the picture symbol among the formatting options, a window opens.
When clicking on the file with the magnifier symbol, another view opens where the user has to click on "add image" again.
So, two steps are necessary until one can actually select the picture.

Expected results:
Clicking on "add image" again is an unnecessary step: after the first click (on the symbol), the Windows Explorer/Finder should open directly.
