Steps to reproduce:
try a right mouse click anywhere in the email program to see more options
Actual result:
sometimes you get more options when doing a right click (screen shot) and sometimes it is not possible and your computers right click options appear (eg. open link, open new tab..)
Expected result:
consistency for the right mouse click: if you can get more options (like in outlook) this should be possible for every action in the email program
you need to list all the places where we need a context menu. and what should be in it.
the right click options are missing in the settings menu for all subcategories (ie. "preferences", "folders" ..) and for all entries in each category (ie. folder -> Inbox / drafts / etc.)
-> in the "mail" and "contacts" menus you always have a right click option, in the "settings" menu you don't have any; for example the tested person was trying a right click to delete a folder
-> content of the context menu should be all the options you have, for example for a folder: "create", "delete", "empty"
I agree. Right-click functionality is provided by an external plugin. I created a ticket there https://github.com/johndoh/roundcube-contextmenu/issues/103. We'd need also such functionality for Kolab plugins that add Settings sections i.e. kolab_activesync and kolab_delegation.
