It is not possible to click on the symbols To+, Cc+, Bcc+ in the bottom left corner without having selected a contact of the contact list.
This confuses the user.
Expected results
The system gives a hint that the user has to select a contact before he is able to add the contact at To+, Cc+, Bcc+.
Suggestion: Hint: " You have not selected a contact yet" that is presented below the contact list.
Eigentlich sind diese Funktionen doch redundant.
Man kann sie auch einfach über die Adressleiste und das + Zeichen finden.
Das To+, Cc+, Bcc+ unten links hätte ich nie gesehen!! Ich finde, da schaut man überhaupt nicht hin, wenn man gerade "oben rechts" seine Email schreibt und die Empfänger eingibt!
Das Plus-Zeichen fand ich allerdings auch nicht ganz selbsterklärend (also dass sich dahinter dann auch das Cc und Bcc verbirgt).
Mögliche Lösung:
Das To+, Cc+, Bcc+ als 3 Alternativen direkt unter die "An"-Zeile einfügen und das "+" rechts neben der Empfänger-Zeile dann weglassen!

Das To+, Cc+, Bcc+ unten links sind dazu da direkt aus dem Adressbuch bekannte Personen hinzuzufügen. Finde ich eigentlich praktisch, es müsste aber klarer sein, dass die Funktion mit dem Adressbuch zusammenhängt und sie erst durch Auswählen von Kontakten aktiviert wird.
Vielleicht durch eine Meldung "noch kein Kontakt ausgewählt".
