If we have two recurrence-ids at the same date one with THISANDFUTURE and the other one without. kontact one takes one into account.

RECURRENCE-ID;TZID=Europe/Berlin;RANGE=THISANDFUTURE:20150218T120000
RECURRENCE-ID;TZID=Europe/Berlin;20150218T120000

is it allowd by the RFC to have two recurrence-ids with the same date.
if not -> this bug isn't valid
if yes -> this bug is valid and we should fix it

The attached file is parsed correctly if we change the one recurrenceid to:
RECURRENCE-ID;TZID=Europe/Berlin;RANGE=THISANDFUTURE:20150219T120000
