Fix build with Qt 5.5 and also adjust to the latest kcontact from git master

This patch resolves a build issue with Qt5.5 and also adjusts to the latest kcontact changes made by Laurent Montel on
Sunday 19 July.

Test Plan: libkolab compiles correctly and has been tested by Dan Vratil and Luca Beltrame
