Create a dummy function to ensure the kolabcalendaring class is created.

This is required so we have a kolabcalendaring class in the generated
kolabcalendaring.php, which roundcube requires for autoloading (it uses
class_exists('kolabcalendaring'), which relies on such a class to
exist).
