Description

Do not show file folder in email list.

There are folders without a share annotations but a private
annotation.
If the shared annotation is set read that, and if not try the private
annotation. Also make sure hat only the main type is used to
determine the folder type.

If the /private/vendor/kolab/folder-type annotation is set (to anything not mail(\..*)?), but the /shared/vendor/kolab/folder-type annotation is not, then a subsequent measure of repair should be to set the /shared/vendor/kolab/folder-type annotation to the first part of the exploded (by dot character) /private/vendor/kolab/folder-type value.
