Set a high limit for number of file descriptors

The systemd default is 4096, which a busy server can quickly run into.
(e.g. 100 users * 3 sockets per connection (2 guam, 1 imap) * 5
clients * 5 connections per client = 7500)

This default is basically unlimited, because unlimted doesn't seem to
work.
