T5752: Role specific overrides not applied when starting WOPI session

Summary

When you configure fileapi_sources via specific
roles ($config['kolab_auth_role_settings']) these changes
won't get applied when starting a wopi sessions.

Error on WOPI Server

Test Plan
  • Create a role base specific fileapi_sources configuration
  • Configure Wopi
  • try editing the document. You end up with a connection error
