[packaging] Manticore should depend on mongodb-server package

Description

It wasn't installed after manticore installation on CentOS7.

Additionally, when I run systemctl start manticore it didn't give me any error. I found it in /var/log/messages that it couldn't connect to mongodb.

Manticore itself should not depend on the mongodb-server package, but kolab-webclient can.
