Old Todo dialog can still be opened (disable)

Description

It's still possible to get to the old todo edit dialog, which could be confusing. We need to decide whether we want to completely remove access to that.

We're going to completely remove access to the old todo dialog.

We can also get to the old editor from korganizer by:

  • creating a new task
  • editing a task

disabled the new todo actions from korganizer and removed the edit options for todos from korganizer and kmail.
