Hosted Kolab: Additional Means of Contact

A user of a hosted kolab installation should not be forced to have another external email address. It should alternatively be possible to specify different means of contact such as a mobile phone number. The account can then be confirmed by sending a code via SMS to the mobile number. The same can work for password reset.
