Description

A multi-page .odt document in a collaborative editing session does not have pagination, which possibly makes documents with indexes / tables of content appear in an unnatural fashion.

This is a Hard Problem™, with the relevant WebODF issue here https://github.com/kogmbh/WebODF/issues/318.

Right off the bat, I think this would be approximately one sprint's worth of work. Need to spend some time investigating this before I can give a clearer estimate.
