HKCCP: Verification of child domain name spaces

Description

For autonomous control over domain name spaces in a Hosted Kolab scenario, the HKCCP will need to expose an interface for the customer to allow domain name space administration.

These child domain name spaces will need to be verified (ownership of) separately from the parent domain name space.
