How to reproduce:
Go to the main menu and then to "Einstellungen" (Settings)

Outcome:
When you open the Settingssection one of the subitems is "Einstellungen" (Settings) again.

Expected Outcome:
The subbitems in a menu should be different to the menuitem- Actually they should be a more specific part of the menu you just opened --> call it "Layout-Einstellugen" or "Servereinstellungen" or "Nachrichteneinstellungen" or whatever it is ment to be but the subitems shouldn't be called exactly the same like the menuname I think.
