Description

trying to do an arc diff with myself as reviewer (which is the only option if knauss is on holiday), is rejected with:

ERR-CONDUIT-CORE: The author of a revision can not be a reviewer.

please remove that check.

Set the reviewer to the related project rather then oneself.

Do not create differentials for stuff to be reviewed that is not going to be reviewed.
