Description

In order to use one globally installed version of Sabre Vobject throughout all components, the free-busy service codebase also needs to be upgraded to work with the new API of VObject version 3 which is incompatible with version 2

Upgrade done in rFf1162e357.
Requires php-sabredav-Sabre_VObject version 3 from T55.
