Widget component for arranging buttons in the UI. Toolbars shall control the visual appearance and behavior of the enclosed buttons and allow a grouping on these. Depending on the upcoming UX guidelines, toolbars can have different location and sizes according the current context and/or device.

User Story

• Berna opens the email view with the default Inbox listing
• She clicks an unread in the message list
• The mail view shows the message contents and a toolbar above appears with buttons offering actions for the selected message
• When switching to another folder, the message selection is reset and the toolbar is hidden
