imapd: hoist the RENAME INBOX -> INBOX.sub code up as create+move

This is so much nicer than doing special magic deep within the
mboxlist code, since this behaviour is only available to an imapd.
And it means that the uniqueid stays with the INBOX, which is very
much needed in uuidland
