mboxlist: lock a different name for subscription upgrade

We can't just lock the userlock, because it might have
been readonly locked by a JMAP readonly action, and we
can't upgrade that!

We don't need this for FM prod any more, because it's all
been upgraded - but this makes the code future-safe
