"..can be 'a' very costly.."?

According to the bullet points under this, it is actually "before the Elaboration phase" rather than the Construction phase.

In teh elaboration phase we decide how to change the world with this task, where as the Construction phase is pure hardhats, bricks and mortar.

Perhaps not "a lot" more. I think it is an excellent definition you put up here.

OK, I'll change this.

I like the analogous terminology used, I'll put that in as a note with the to-be-authored list below.

I meant to say more about working with a sprint in Phabricator specifically -- so;

  • the workboard with Backlog, Doing, Review, Done,
  • Task status changes when moving to Done (basically release manager / merge window / ... setting the status to Resolved after retrospective),
  • A differential being submitted for Review moving the task associated with it to the Review column,
  • ...

That sort of thing.

  • Add span.green
  • Provide these as macros
  • Use the macros

  • Provide even more macros
  • Use macros
  • 'be very costly exercise' -> 'be a very costly exercise'
  • construction -> elaboration, additional notes
  • Use macro

A really, really good step forward. Eventually we will want to add an introductory summary to give newcomers an overview of the whole process and how all the pieces fit together (the main Contributor page can / ought to become this imho), but getting the individual topics all covered first is probably the first thing to complete .. I really like how this already clearly describes so much about our workflow. Will have to blog/G+/etc the shit out of this once it is pushed ;)
