this should fix T3283

Test Plan

set up replication with three or more ldap-servers on base domain

add another domain. They should have proper replication agreements.

I just wanted to ask if someone already took a look at this patch. T3283 is still affecting replication management.

Actually I don't understand really how it work's in fabricator that people get notified. Since the related bug report is closed I don't know if anybody will ever have a look here...
