merge SVN commit 1063000 by tmcguire:

Don't emit a viewConfigChanged signal when only reading the config.

This fixes when clicking on mails in a newly created folder, since
countUnread() reads the config, which emits viewConfigChanged(), which
in turn resets the listview, and that isn't liked by the listview much.
