various fixes for Kolab to-dos (aka tasks) in side-by-side and monthviews.

First, it seems that there is not the concept of "floating" Kolab tasks;
instead, such tasks are given a 00:00 due time. Well, that needed to be
handled so we now support due times with 00:00 instead of ignoring those.

Second, selecting "New To-do" from a menu and saving to the Kolab resource
will give you a new to-do in your Tasks folder. But Tasks folders aren't
shown in a separate subagenda view in the big side-by-side view. Typically,
to-dos are shown in an events calendar's all-day area. To fix that, I put
them in the Kolab Calendar folder all-day area, for lack of a better solution.
