More or less complete rewrite of CollectionSync: - can in theory handle hierarchical RIDs, untested due to lack of support for that in most other areas - much more efficient processing of collections that initially have no local parent node - streaming support - processes incremental changes in the right order which should fix the sync fails after config change bug of the single file resources - prepared to make use of batch jobs for collection creation/deletion which should fix the performance issues with the NNTP resource

There is still more to do, but this seems to work at least as good as
the old one.
