More work on porting to the SingleFileResource
- Remove retrieveCollections from MBoxResources (handled by SingleFileResource)
- Change the behavior of libmbox to store appended message in memory and write them to the file only when save() is called.
- Add load() and save methods to libmbox
- Code style changes.
NOTE: this commit breaks the resource (for as far as it was working). I'll add
unit tests soon.
