send iTip Reply after chaging own attendee status

In incidenceeditor we have a own ITIPHandlerDialogDelegate, that asks
the user, to who a mail should be send. So this class must get the
information about the recipients before hand. Therefore we must give the
information further, that a attendee status has changed.
