With Aurelien's fix (kdedglobalaccel now also remembers actions with no default shortcut and no active shortcut defined, for the kcm), we can't make kdedglobalaccel forget a shortcut by simply calling it with (empty,empty,NoAutoLoading). Remove this from the docs and from the unit test; it doesn't seem that it was used anywhere else. If we do need this again we'll have to add proper API for it, but I doubt it.
