• Use default full length indexes (this changes the length for syncroton_folder, where we didn't really guarantee uniqueness)
• Add an index for is_deleted for syncroton_folder (probably less of an issue than for content, but might still be worth it?)
• Removed redundant indexes

Needs a migration file as well.
